The Anemoic Artist

The term "anemoic" comes from a word coined by The Dictionary Of Obscure Sorrows: Anemoia. It simply means to experience nostalgia for a time or place you've never known. So to be an anemoic would mean I experience anemoia! I decided to brand myself with the term because I felt it defined so much of my creative purpose - to tangibly create a world I have ached for since as long as I can remember in the hopes of fulfilling my constant imaginings. I hope my art satisfies your anemoia, too.
